Name: Felix "Snow" Vinter
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Description: quite pale, long blond hair, stubble, often wears a beanie, blue trench coat, black boots, a tatoo on his right forearm, and often has a sucker in his mouth to keep his body temperature low.
Tattoo Description: A tribal tattoo that spikes toward the elbow. The ink is a light blue and looks like ice.
Abilities: Ice Manipulation (being like Jack Frost.)
Hometown: Tri-Cities
History: At a young age, Felix was always treated poorly due to his ability to freeze things with his mind. He first learned of this when he was attacked by bullies when he was 7 and caused a snowstorm around them and engulfed the bullies in ice. the combination of His ability and his cold attitude to people have earned him the nickname of "Snow" and people grew to fear that name due to his freezing abilities. He didn't know much of the nuclear blast due to it going off when he was young, but he didn't care to learn. He just does what he can in order to live in this world, and he prefered to be alone because of the way he's been treated through most of his life. He generally likes areas to be around 20 degrees Fahrenheit so it's a usual indicator that he is nearby. He has no problem freezing anything that wishes him harm, and if he is outnumbered he will create a snowstorm in order to escape. Snow is not a stupid man, and knows when to disappear. His frozen heart feels little emotion so fear cannot consume him.
